Same happened to me but nothing was ever done, lets see if times have changed.

As for her going on about her positive reviews, I know another lady that does just that but her actual review history has been seriously altered and would shock clients if E-I allowed it to be known.

Be interesting now to see what happens to the profile alright,it's a complete joke,her profile should be taken down immediately,all she's doing is scamming guys,it shouldn't be up for another minute.
It appears to be a very common practice so,how EI can allow this,is beyond me
