"Bullshitting a client"? You are no client unless you actually visit the escort. Until than both parties consider their suitability and they have the right no to go ahead with a booking if they wish so. Maybe she couldn't find a better excuse to say no. Maybe she was stalked by someone. Maybe she couldn't pay her rent anymore and had to resort to drastic measures. Maybe she was agency and there is someone else under that profile and if that's the case people will soon leave reviews stating inaccuracy of the pictures or whatever it's done in such situation.

My point is everybody has rights to change their business if they want. Some cases may be even dangerous and shouldn't be mentioned by anybody in public. And for the 5% chance that is done to deceive someone, there is a review system, a warning system or simply the option to leave if you are not happy with the person opening the door.

If you know someone's name has changed and you find it suspicious, don't visit her, simple as that.

Otherwise, you can only judge her by how she handles the appointment after you book.
