It's not the content that gives a star rating,your 4 stars for satisfaction would be a big factor.... it does not read like a four star review.

To be honest I wanted to tweak the stars to try and get her out of yellow.
But it was what it was, so what can I do?
If it's making you feel any better they are tweeked now... just over three stars and still Yellow.... looking forward to her reply

Send a pm to Selene in the nightshift of what you want done.
She does usually start around 8 in the evening.
She does all the checking of reviews from then on
