Anyways so back to the main point. Is it ok or is it not ok to use another clients DNA obtained from a used condom in a crime?

When a client requests used condoms (used by someone other than himself) to take off the escort's premises, do we know with 100% certainty that a crime will not be committed using said DNA?

If we don't know what the use will be, and if those 3rd party clients have not given consent, is it right to ask for such a service (even if labeled a fetish)?

If it is not right, should we encourage this on EI?

If we should not encourage it, why should we allow it?

I agree it is farfetched. So is an escort trying to get pregnant with a used condom. So is an escort taking a naked snapshot of a person and using it to blackmail them. All of these are examples of things that are unlikely, but should not be encouraged or tolerated on the site. Only one of those three has actually been requested here however. Because we don't know for sure what that client would do with another person's DNA, we can't assume they have the best intentions. That's my whole point, that we shouldn't be encouraging that sort of behavior.

Oh and also that you can't just say something is a "fetish" and have it magically be ok. That's not how definitions work lol. If I get pulled over for speeding, I can't say "Gee sorry officer, but driving fast is my fetish!"

I don't think it's up to EI to police or pass judgement on people's preferences. They already do not allowing bb or pregnancy requests when other sites allow these things freely and openly....that is their perogative.

Some sites wont allow me to advertise and that is also their choice.

We all have our own choices/preferences/fetishes. Some people dont agree with what I do, I dont agree with what others do. We all have our own morals and ethics based on our own views.....

That's because , right from the get go you seem to be assuming that the condom is being obtained for some far fetched crime. Something that is more likely to happen is that an escort is attacked by a client. But would you, in that instance advocate stopping clients from visiting escorts. Would you call on EI to stop advertising escorts services?

That's it. Consent.

In regards to defining what is acceptable, I would look at it from the opposite perspective. At which point SHOULD EI police? If a client posts a thread stating he has another clients address and is going to kill him? If a client posts a thread stating that he has acquired a list of other clients' names and phone numbers from an escort? If a client posts a thread asking if any escorts would be willing to give him names and phone numbers? I tried to show a gradual progression there, because I really am curious which (if any) cross the line. I would posit that by using common sense most people would declare all three of those to be at the very least, inappropriate. Any of those worthy of a ban or deletion of thread?

It could be argued that you are trying to compare apples and oranges. Used condoms would easily fall into the sexual fetish category, whether or not you agree with it. The other situations you outlined are either threats of death or danger of blackmail. Using the condom and its contents in the commission of a crime is highly unlikely to say the least. Not impossible I grant you but unlikely. As I posted before, an escort is more likely to be attacked, would you want EI to stop advertisements as a result.
