My lapper screen is damaged and slowly getting worse.
Would the Mac shop be better than an independent computer shop advertising they fix this and that??

You're probably better off going to a reputable dealer, than the independent ones. It's more secure and will probable give a guarantee. The down side it will probably be shipped away and could be 2 to 3 weeks before its fixed. Either option, I would clear all your internet history and also copy and remove any naughty pics you might have stored on your computer. These computer types can be nosy feckers

Take your Mac to an Apple authorised repair agent.

Thanks Petro's. It's working fine, it just dropped off my bed and now the screen is slowly disappearing.

Forget about the repair bit . . Tell us more about you playing with yourself while watching naughties
