Well, don't mention the sex in the review. As it says at the bottom of every profile that the escort "charges for time and companionship only. Anything else that occurs is a matter of coincidence and choice between consenting adults." After all, there are quite a few guys who visit ladies just for companionship — nothing "sexual" takes place during the appointment at all.
