Extras etiquette?

My husband and I are new here, and while we are looking forward to our new experiences, we are also a bit clueless regarding what is considered the right etiquette... and the last thing we want is to offend or commit some sort of faux paux! We have our first appointment scheduled for tonight, and I thought the forums were probably a good place to get answers, for now and any future plans we make!

Now, as a couple we understand and rather expect that the rates someone charges are likely different since there is 2 of us, and I am hoping it is not rude to ask about what the couples rate is when booking an appointment! But what about other extras- I know that not everything an escort lists in their favorites is included, but when/how do you ask what is extra? Is it rude to ask ahead of time? We had planned on bringing extra cash in addition to what the rate is, but it is something I was wondering about.

I was also wondering, what sort of things are typically included and what are things that are generally extra? For example, I expect OWO to be extra, but what about something like GFE or French Kissing? I know it will probably vary, but just as a general rule of thumb for what should we expect in the future

(PS, bonus gratitude to anyone who knows what is common regarding small gifts, like flowers or wine! Are presents a common thing, or something that escorts like? And is it better to bring as a surprise, or should you always ask just in case an escort may have a reason not to want a gift, such as not drinking, or having allergies to flowers? We are not looking for a girlfriend haha, it is part of why we decided on the escort route as far as planning our threesome, but we do like to treat others nicely and with respect.)
