Anyways more to the point, as this is something new we've both been pretty shy. Being relatively young and tech savvy, we were excited to see a PM option! Tbh, calling someone is still a little intimidating.
Having said that, we've gotten no responses to PMs. And I'd like to think I was in no way rude in the messages. We did get a response to one of our calls. This surprised me as I personally don't like phones (my family knows not to even bother, and instead just talks to me via email or FB), and I thought PMs would be the way to go.
Is that not correct? Should we be making calls the first method of communication?

Welcome to the Forum guys. I hope you enjoy your stay.
As stated already phone is by far the best means to make contact. You could try Pm first, but not all ladies use this system and the ones that do probably swamped with Pm's from tyre kickers that try to bounce back and forth with flirtatious pm's with no serious interest in making a booking. Hence why it may be more difficult to get a response back. Your first time is always going to be the most difficult.
Good luck with it.
