Masseuse gave me an address to an empty building?

So i made an appointment with a masseuse in Dublin town (not sure if i'm allowed to give names), she gave me the address, however I walk by that building everyday and it has been empty for over a year, and there's still an "offices to let" sign on it.

She doesn't speak good English so talking on the phone is kinda pointless. I'd go ahead with the appointment but i'm afraid I'll get scammed, it seems too dodgy. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Am I being overly paranoid?

Maybe she was just giving you a landmark to get to & then ring for final directions!

Yep 5 reviews and verified pictures which is why I find this so strange, she gave me the exact address of an empty terraced building, not really a landmark lol. I'll just say it isn't Huei Tuen..
