I have personally removed this option from few profiles of ladies, who cant be bothered with the forums and PMs.
They did not want the PM nor text nor e-mail options to show, they only wanted to be contacted on their phone.

need to clarify something which I completely overlooked.
for some reason I was under the impression that everyone knows, however better late then never and safe then sorry:

we have got no other way than to ban a user if someone wishes no longer to use the forums.
if a user appears as a banned, this might be because a user decides to move on and no longer use the forums, is on holidays or her / his access has been restricted due to bad behavior.

there are types of users which appear as banned:

* the most obvious one - banned users - when the restriction have been imposed by us to the user's access to the forums (including PMs)
* user decides to take a break from the forums and goes on holiday, especially the escorts, who would not like to disappoint their regulars by not leaving their PMs unanswered use this feature
* users leaving the communities
* staff no longer working at the company

all the above will appear as banner users.

as much as it might be confusing, we have got no other means at the time being to restrict one's access to the forums.

I can't list here the users' reasons behind the bans, but if you are curious about a specific person I can tell you if the ban is imposed or voluntary.

Let me know if there is anyone you were curious about but never dared to ask
