On the face of it I think it's better to pay something above the odds and have all included, but it depends on the lady and the quality provided. Can understand that some ladies might like to with hold some activities depending on the hygiene etc of the client.

If you are paying for the escort’s time does it matter to the escort what she does during that time?
At work, I get paid the same whether I am busy or not busy, and regardless how difficult the work is. I would be annoyed if I got paid less if I was not busy or if the work was deemed easy.
If an escort is happy with this situation why not?
From my point of view, I don’t mind if an escort charges extra for some services provided I know this upfront and I am not being charged as you go or the escort is just piling charge upon charge resulting in exorbitant rates.
At least you know it is likely you will get the favourites if they are mentioned and paid for. I was a regular with an escort who did work like this and I had no problem with this.

You could have a staggered favourites list or something like that:
basic service (whatever favourites you think constitute this) E70 per 30mins
Normal service (all favourites you usually do) E100 per 30mins
Special service (for ladies who don't like certain services but are willing to do them - Anal perhaps) E130 per 30mins
Or something like that!
However, without a redesign to the ad platform, it could get very confusing!
You could put a link to a blog or forum ad explaining what favourites a client can get in each service and how much.

Well, clients are supposed to pay for the time spent, not for the activities included. The favourite lists give an indication of what the escort is comfortable doing under normal circumstances, it's not meant to be seen as a restaurant menu where some people may chose a 3 course meal and others just the soup
Besides, soliciting is always illegal and talking on the phone too much about a service costing x another y and another z is exactly that, soliciting.
I understand maybe one or two services to be charged extra, like A receiving for example as this is a service that requires preparation, therefore you can't always just do it on the spot, at least when it's mentioned as extra clients will mention it before the appointment. But even this has to be handled discretly.
And I may as well add that just because someone might go for a basic service doesn't necesarily mean he is an easy client. Viceversa applies too.
Just my opinion, of course any other escort should be able to charge how she think it's working best for her.
