Tiger Woods has equalled the all time PGA tour record with a 3 stroke victory in the Zozo Championship in Japan. Woods` total of -19 was enough to give him his 82nd victory on the tour which ties the record set by Sam Snead back in 1965. Rory McIlroy finished tied for 3rd place on -13. Woods said he hopes to return to Japan to compete for a medal at the 2020 Olympics.

Great performance , to see him back again after injury , hopefully he can get to the masters next yr in the same form

Delighted for Tiger, unbelievable achievement. His wins have come in 7 different countries. He has had to overcome a lot of health and personal issues to get back to the top , sign of a super athlete, i hope he stays fit to achieve even more

Rory McIlroy takes a one-shot lead going into the final round of the WGC-HSBC Champions in Shanghai.
McIlroy's bogey-free third-round 67 saw him breeze past playing partner and overnight leader Matthew Fitzpatrick, who battled to a two-under-par 70.
South Africa's Louis Oosthuizen is one back of McIlroy after carding a 65.

Rory McIlroy has won the WGC-HSBC Champions in Shanghai after a play-off.
He beat the defending champion Xander Schauffele after the pair were tied at 19 under par after four rounds.
Schauffele sunk a six-foot birdie putt on the last to force the play-off with McIlroy. In the first play-off hole Rory`s birdie was enough to secure his fourth title of the year after the American could only make par.

It’s good to see him getting back into form. A very good win under circumstances. I’m glad he has committed to representing Ireland at next years olympics. Been a great couple of days for Irish sport

Tiger Woods has pulled out of the Players`Championship at Sawgrass next week due to a back injury which is not good news for him considering all his health problems in recent years and with the Masters tournament only a month away.

The players championship this week big tournament. I have bet on Bryson Dechambeau at 22/1 10 places with Paddy Power.
