I hope Shane Lowery retained his card for the US PGA Tour. AFAIK The Waterford Lad who represented us in The Olympics did.

Said to hear Lowry did not! He was one of the few amateurs back in the day to win a professional tournament, may be the only one ever on The European PGA Tour!

The Tiger is roaring again for sure. Mind you he still looked a bit shaky for the last few holes of his round yesterday and is still not he player he was 10 years ago but. considering his state of health in recent times, it is a remarkable story. Certainly a boost for the USA team ahead of the Ryder Cup later this week. Justin Rose is also 10 million dollars richer after winning the overall FedEx Cup series.
