So it's been over two weeks now and I haven't had any tingles, sores, or weird looking developments around my face-hole. Does that mean I'm in the clear?

More than likely you are in the clear. Cold sores can appear up to 20 days after the original infection but usually it is around the two weeks. If it doesn’t appear in the next week you are certainly clear.
