1) Typo. Meant til you wise ass.

2) Ye = you plural = multiple people in an area from the perspective of the talker. In this case it means almost everyone here except for Alcatel.

And congratulations Petros. You (that's singular now) have been upgraded from tool to gowl.

And before you ask: gowl is a word used in Limerick that can have multiple meanings, dependent on the intelligence of the one speaking the word at the time. Which in the case of Limerick, doesn't leave much scope for a wide perspective.
