Looks like you could be right. City are now 3-0 up with 5 mins of the first half still to play.

Half time and City lead 3-0 and had chances to score 2 or 3 more.The strangest thing about it is that Utd actually started this match quite well but after City took the lead it was one way traffic. Looks like no way back now for the Red Devils in this semi final.

Rashford gets a goal back for Utd. Still a long way back for them though.

At full time in the first leg it is 3-1 to City. Utd did improve in the second half and the Rashford goal gives them a remote chance but City still have one foot in the final. If they had taken all their first half chances the tie would already be as good as over even before the second leg.

Leicester v Aston Villa tonight in 2nd semi final of league cup. I think Leicester will see an opportunity to win silverware and put in a strong performance and win 4-1

Seems like Leicester are going to name a strong team and Jamie Vardy should at least be on the bench tonight. Villa have several players missing through injury. I will go for the Foxes to win 3-0.

Totally against the run of play but Villa go 1-0 up through Guilbert.

At half time Villa lead 1-0 and could be further ahead. Since they scored they have been the better team in this match and Rodgers will have to change things around after the break.
