Utds trophy drought is over. They win it 2-0. Newcastles long long wait goes on. A trophy for eth in his first season, nothing wrong with that. Well done utd.

A few great days for eth utd and their supporters. A trophy in the bag, barca beaten in the el , still in the fa cup and not out of the pl title race yet. They are on the way back for sure, how many trophys can they win this season? Worrying times for the abu's though. Ah go on you abu's, you love to see us lose, ha ha.

Well done to Man Utd , ETH is doing a fantastic job, he has the respect of the players and takes no bullshit , he handled the Ronaldo situation brilliantly

I wouldn't mind seeing ole back for a while, ha ha. Eth is doing too good a job. I also think casemiro has been a huge influence on utd. At the start it took him a while to get into the team but now you cant leave him out of it.

Poor enough game yesterday, but Barney Ronay said it best in todays paper- Finals aren't meant to be good -they're meant to be won.

This day last week I was a little worried about how it would go - but beating Barca and winning the first trophy he could has cemented ETH as the man. Also like his quotes that they should be happy with the win, but not satisfied.

Stay in top 4 now and its been a decent season. I just hope all this takeover talk doesn't upset things - be typical of the Glazers to screw things up just when they've managed to find someone to lead the club!

I think utd might win another trophy this season. I doubt if it will be the pl but maybe one of the cup competitions. They are a very consistent team now.

Im not sure if it’s the ageing process, or the fact Liverpool have had a small bit of success in recent years, but I don’t dislike Utd as much as I did 20 years ago. I like ETH and what he has done , Casemiro has been a fantastic signing .

Its hard to say - the Europa League is hard to win and Betis are no pushovers, that's before you get to Arsenal and Juve. West Ham tomorrow night will be tough too, at least its at home, I'd like to see Rashford rested for Liverpool on Sunday. Staying on the premier league pace is as important

haha- I've been the same with Liverpool the last few years -they ruined my childhood !- but I liked Klopp and the football being played. His grumpiness recently (while understandable) has been a bit irritating though

Yeah I like Klopp but he's become quite annoying recently
