Hull beat Leeds 9-8 in the shootout and Leeds are the 3rd PL club to go out of the League Cup in the early stages. Everton have taken a 3-0 lead against Salford thanks to a Kean penalty.
    The Truth is out there.

So 3 PL clubs are out of League Cup already, PL survival is all that matters, for the 3 in question anyhow

Zlatan starts for AC Milan , the 7 time European Champions , should win 4-0
    Can’t see Rovers scoring
I was curious as to whether Zlatan had played in Ireland before

This is Milan’s first game of season, that should be significant, but the gulf in class , will mean it will be a training session for Milan

AC Milan beat Shamrock Rovers 2-0 and in truth it could have been by a bigger margin.Rovers did create a few chances but in the end the gulf in quality was too much for them. Milan go through to the next stage of the qualifiers while Rovers will now focus on their bid to win the LOI Premier Diviison. Better luck for Dundalk this evening who beat Andorran club Inter Club D'Escaldes 1-0 away. Spurs had to come from behind to beat Lokomotiv Plovdiv 2-1 while Rangers beat Lincoln Red Imps of Gibraltar 5-0. Coleraine have come from 2-0 down to force extra time against Motherwell.

Rovers lose 2-0 , respectable scoreline
Coleraine draw 2-2 with Motherwell, Extra Time being played
Dundalk, Rangers , Spurs and Aberdeen,
all through to 3rd qualifying round
Sickening listening to Jack Grealish, talk about playing Gaelic football , when he was young and how it toughened him up

2 more PL clubs bow out of the League Cup tonight as Burnley beat Sheffield Utd 5-4 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in regulation play and Wolves lost 1-0 at home to Stoke. Brighton hammered Portsmouth 4-0.
