Cheer up people its nearly christmas

Some sad posts on here last few days nothing for anyone to feel bad about.
This time of year can be hard on lots of people, it has that effect people have worries about lots of things Sex,Money,Life,Family and you think.
Well guys I have dealt with every type of person from multi millionaires living in mansions in the hills to bums on skid row, I came into there lives when they needed help,and that was all they had in common (very famous to street people) was they needed HELP and either they, or someone else made the call.
You see what I a trying to say is IT IS OKAY to need help and get it you can not do everything alone.
I have seen some truly awful things in my time what people do to people, and nobody should think life is not worth it,there is HELP just ask and dont be to proud or care what others think.
I went through an awful time 13 months ago my newest family member was very sick and seriously my phone never stopped and emails and a lot of those offering help were a few time zones away but just a text meant so much, we were not alone. Someone once said to me. "when you are going through hell put your foot down and go faster" and it works.
Right so cheer up its Christmas and one other thing Sophie really has a big heart (although being a scouser it may be borrowed) so thank you honey although I never saw pics
