If you cannot communicate directly with the lady then how can you claim consent? Once in the room, what consent can be made? The fact she accepts the money and smiles? Nods? How can you possibly ascertain that the lady is happy to be there? Therefore, what defence would you have in court? She wore a sexy dress? It's quite surreal that it could even be something a rational client would consider.
This isn't about agencies, I'm well aware of the pros and cons of agencies. This is about clients. If you cannot speak to someone how can you claim to be interested in their welfare?
