Depends on the location really. It's kind of hard to engage in the art of tea bagging in the doorway of a chipper at 4 in the morning.

Well the thing there is that in order to administer/receive the gift of the tea bag you have to remove your pants. This tends to leave you in a rather vulnerable position both physically and mentally as your thoughts are now divided between the glorious bagging of the tea and the possibility that you may not escape a random passing Garda or irate take-away employee.

However, there are also those who get off on a bit of danger

On reflection I could see how tea bagging in a restaurant could irate staff as most Restaurants enforce the policy that only foidstuffs purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises.
