Health warning!
The WHO have classified red meat as "probably carcinogenic" which is very bad news for steak lovers like meself.
However, last week they acknowledged that the phytophenol resveratrol found in red wine helps prevent cancer!
So...enjoy a glass of red wine with your steak!
No worries, do that anyway.
