    Wonder does 'webcam' sex constitute a criminal offence?

    Does sex phone lines constitute a criminal offence?

    Both cases meet the criteria.

    Nice to see the legislation refer to 'prostitute' rather than mere 'person' :-( . Just so that we all stigmatise them from other persons . From our 'Justice' Minister...

    I don't know about the Southern Law, but the Northern Law specifically mentioned that the person doing the purchasing at some time had to appear in person.

    I don't see how you can define "sex" as something that happens between two people who are in two different places.
