To be fair to Escort Ireland, perhaps there is little they can do.
Escort Ireland has done a lot for both Escorts and Clients.
But it is not discreet, and this causes problems not only for Escorts who advertise on it, but it raises the profile of escorting generally and even escorts who have never advertised on Escort Ireland can get caught up in the resulting maelstrom.

I know all locations are not ideal, but in a busy city centre apartment block with 30/40/50 or even 100+ apartments in the one building, how is anyone going to know which apartment you went to? Remember, they've no capability to listen in to the phone calls or pull someones identity from a number, so they can't know. Then factor in that you've got a steady stream of people coming and going from locations like that. What are they going to do? Patrol the hallways of all the apartment blocks? Busy hotels would be the same.

I think if they get serious about it it will not be that hard. There is nothing to stop them posing as a client and taking it to the point where an escort texts them the code and apartment number. Even if the escort just texts the code and then opens the door when a client enters the hall, as some do, that approach will still work.

Once they have an exact location, it will be child's play to observe it until a likely client is inside.

Said numerous times before by a lot of people - the nature of the sex trade will change ,probably contract in the short term but that's all - Justice Minister's proposal makes it in everybody's interest to maintain discretion . A lot more adverts for massage services being offered - a lot more confirmations by clients on the phone and by text that they're just looking for deep tissue massage - a lot more outcalls to hotels - a lot more loyalty to well reviewed escorts - a lot more adverts on tinder/dating sites which will establish a reputation for escorting.

Prob a big drop in E-I revenue .

doesn't surprise me that statement at all,
The E-I must be the most successful of them all due to lack of other competition here but can see it taking a big nose dive when this law comes in.
You got to look out for the clients too as without them the escorts wouldn't be here and thus E-I wouldn't either.
