My advert is not active even though I have paid to be advertised?

Yesterday because of IT issues I wasnt in the coming soon section & now my advert is down completely. Really?

What compensation shall I get for lost earnings?

I have rang the office 3 times and it rang out every time Can someone sort this asa.
I'm not here & paying for advert for the hell of it!!!

my advert.. was not visible... by some reasons...
if i was looking for my profile i was no seeing itt..
i was find it just of clicking on the link from my history
but this was fixed for me after i call the E_I
