Leaving Ireland was the most 'Irish' thing I've ever done. It's a historical and cultural tradition to leave Ireland, as Irish as Guinness and 'havin' the craic'. They truly want to be Irish? Let them stay, and then they'll leave again for those highly touted 'greener pastures' elsewhere.

You're right, When I finish college I will be leaving Ireland, things might be improving but there's better out there and its hard to beat seeing and working in other parts of the world.
I would love to take time out, visit China and teach English over there.
