I totally understand honey only too well after overturning a case in the UK when it went to the high court to be appealed And those walked out of it (not me) not guilty or guilty but "innocent" of all charges. That is my whole point honey and why I started the thread asking if the clients would do the same, personally I think EI is now asking for too much of our personal information to be able to advertise. Most of which they are taking on board from members from the boards here on EI when in fact it should not be about ensuring clients or those who have several members profiles or who never use the services of the ladies advertising on it have proof of nationality in this industry of erotic fantasy but the safety of those who are paying EI and keeping us safe!

In the UK I have never been asked to provide all the information EI is asking and spoke to the Data Protection commissioner's office who said Not to hand all such information over to anyone as they also would never ask for such information to access our own medical records

I expect to give this information to any site where you are carrying out financial transactions, including poker sites, where I have had to give it a few times. I would be interested in EI's explanation as to why they need this information, as it is far from obvious that they need it.

I presume they do not need it to protect themselves financially - they probably ask you to pay in advance, so there is no risk for them.

The proof of date on is fair enough - advertisers can choose to validate their age, but this is optional. I don't see why they think they need to know your real identity, unless it is seen as putting another obstacle in the way of traffickers.
