There are lots of messages directed to the DevTeam, but I wonder if business people in the management team read these threads. If they do, it seems there is a very clear course of action.

1. Tell the devs to revert temporarily to the old version.
2. Recruit a small volunteer group of experienced users - both escort and client - to help with testing
3. Work with that test team to get a list of must-have features and fixes before release
4. Give the test team access to prototypes of the site as problems are addressed
5. When the test team are happy that the new site is a step forward, let them post this to the forum

I have seen lots of product and web site launches, but I have never seen such clear feedback that the product is not ready. I have lots of sympathy for the developers (I have been there myself many times) - it is clear that they have achieved some good things in the middle of this, and we do not know what resource and technical challenges they have faced, but a BUSINESS person needs to make the call that this is not ready for prime time, and make the difficult (but obvious) decision to step back. Otherwise, it is inevitable that both clients and escorts will explore other sites and alternatives.

Thank you for this - its appreciated and you can see we are active on the boards and are moving new jobs and request through at a very rapid rate to try to "fix" anything quickly.

The above process has however, very much, been going on for a long time with Sneaks (previews were posted to these boards), Beta Testing, External Testing and feedback and after that point a site has to Launch and then begin to re-build, which is why the feedback is critical as now the smaller user group has become 50,000 visitors.

We won't be ignoring any feedback at all, even the most critical and irate users have concerns that effect them and their perception is their reality.

I did however see one person say we showed "too much detail" and then said if we didn't sort it out he would "be going to use backpage"...... there isn't much we can do with that as it's so full of holes, but almost everything said here is under consideration or being worked on as we speak.

This is a fucking joke put the old website back. I've been talking to afew escorts and there phones aren't even ringing. I have a couple of appointments that were booked during the week but other than that my phone is dead too. By the looks of it everyone is pissed off. There's so many problems since ye changed it. It should have been left the way it was!!!

Remember , and I hope they take note of this, if your phone,s are not ringing then you are not going to make money, then you are going to not be able to advertise here so no money for them.

you have only one course of action to take , revert back to the previous site.
As a client this format is impossible to use on a smart phone.It does suit the lesser or indeed scam artistes of escorts.
But make no mistake , when revenue from your escort base starts to suffer you might listen.
I can truly say with hand on heart , no escort or client had any input into this disaster .

I do believe that you will be able to address the problems eventually, but why do it in front of us, affecting escort business and irritating clients? There seems no good reason why you would not run the old site, which does its job well, while your dev team sort out the problem with less heat and pressure.

I was about to write a list of stuff that doesn't work for me on the new site but then I noticed that when you go to "Female Escort", the girls are now listed in alphabetic order . Not sure why that is or what difference it would make but I'm sure it's an improvement . It is important to have proper order ......
