Try oil pulling! Take tea spoon of coconut oil and swish it around the that tooth. After 5 minutes spit it out ( but not to the sink as it could clog it, since the oil will goes back to the solid state after spitting out. Also you need to gently brush it ( with brush you don't use for regular tooth brushing). The coconut oil is strong pain killer for aching teeth also has extremely high antibacterial properties.
