    As for the opening question, many clergy, not of our fold, ie Prods are married, and don't have an issue with contraception, so if they are banging their wives, even with a rubber, they are not sinning, according to their church. However if it some else's wife, that would be a sin. However for a catholic priest having carnal relations with a woman either way would be committing an equal sin.

    I think both would be sins, depending on the force applied. However if one was a Muslim, these would be quite serious sins, punishable by multiple lashes.
