Sounds like my neighbours house.
Guards raided a brothel in athlone. One of the guards liked what he saw so returned a week later, escort called guards as she recognised him and thought it was a sting. Not sure what happened guard.
In limerick 2 guards were arrested when they caused a scene as they tried to gain access to an apartment they wrongly believed to b a brothel whilst on a night out.
Call the guards? Id say they r yere best clients

A man or women's house is there own business. As long as it was not putting me of sharpening my chain saw, Or annoying me then no. A neighbour should be able to talk over problems in private before any outside involvement is considered.
Fuck the police.
Fuck the girls...It is how they make their living after all.

It would depend on a few factors, if you were a single man living next door then it would be ok, if you were married and had kids and there was indiscrete behaviour going on then it maybe a option. Whoever is working so indiscreetly obviously doesn't care about their neighbour so why should the neighbours care about them. Working from a housing estate is pretty bad and if the police were called would anyone really be surprised.
No one like "stuff" going on on their doorstep no matter how liberal and pro punting they are.
