    No negative vibes please !

It's not a diet I would recommend, but he seemed more interested in the wine than the food.

I find M&S is good for diets if you like your meat and 2 veg kind of thing. They have these cute little meals which are relatively low calorie and make calorie counting a doddle.

Crash diets dont work because youll rebound again. Just eat and drink less and move more for a start. I drink a small bit of red wine every night before bed so my blood stays on the thin side and I dont get a heart attack and die. That would be an awful shame.

Google for juicing with joe cross- I lost 2 stone in 3 weeks- that was a year ago and I have kept most of it off by being a bit more careful about what I eat. Best thing is that because it's a juice diet you can have as much red wine as you like(grape juice??)

Most "Diets" in the conventional sense of the word are pointless. People go on a diet with the intention of coming off the diet once again and eating crap once more, which will of course guarantee a relapse. A diet (of any type) for it to be effective, has to be a permanent change of eating habits.
