Quizing an escort on her Favourites

If an escort sets out her favs on her profile but excludes some , say CIM or WS or whatever, should you proceed on the basis that those services are not on offer by her or if you want those should you still contact her and ask her would she consider offering them to you, the normal escort discretion rule applying of course ?
