The more people that don't pay the better, because, they will not take money from people wages or social welfare for atleast another year, because of the election but by that time, there will be massive huge unpaid bills and they aren't going to bring 100,000s of thousands of people to court and now with new legislation you won't definitely go to jail for unpaid bills
