That's her personal opinion and has nothing to do with the case. It is outrageous!

No one has the right to put an age on how important sex is to a person. Some people never intend to pro-create, but they still want sex in their lives, so what are they basing this decision on? What they think or facts?

I agree.... If at seventy I enjoy wanking then that's my prerogative and privilege. If society consider me too old to wank then that's their opinion, but my human rights allow me to wank at home if I want to.

So now let's say a surgical operation results in me not being able to wank any more.... And I'm mega pissed. So I sue, only to find a judge decides I shouldn't be wanking at my age anyway!!!!

Being over 50 myself I say absolutely, but not entitled to it, but able to enjoy consensual sex.
