Someone needs to explain the concept of trolls to y'all.
If for example you were running a memorial page, and I posted lol, glad the dead person is dead, and included pictures of dead bodies and stuff, that's trolling.
If I was running a we love Kenya forum and someone pops up to make racist comments..that's probably trolling.
If a person pops up online and makes a post disagreeing with something in a rational way but obviously with previous knowledge of various people, that's just a banned user. Not a troll. Repeat...not a troll.
