Ferrari’s problems continue with Sebastian Vettel getting a five-place grid penalty for illegally overtaking another car under red-flag conditions.
Sebastian Vettel, was only 16th fastest in qualifying because of system failure in his Ferrari.
This will put him on the back row of the grid.

Don't think he will. He said this year forget about winning, just get the car ready for the next one.

Rosberg got off to good start, overtaking Hamilton. To add to Lewis Hamilton's problems, he has five-second penalty, a penalty for crossing the white line on the pit exit.
