I appreciate the amount of effort you put into that very demonstrative post I replied to but I don't think most people would conclude that 'pneis' was a misspelling of penis, subconsciously or otherwise. The default filler word in most people's minds would be pines. Or in this case because of the two letter 'ei' in the spelling between the second and third vowel, ponies.
I would be very interested to know if anyone else who's read your example actually picked up on your implied word which was penis.
