U could take it away from them because they are working together with the sole intention of ripping off clients! Also, how can an escort be independent if she shares with someone else to cut down on costs?

I think you've misinterpreted the meaning of independent when used in this context......

I just saw a thread saying that when the new laws come into effect it will encourage more escorts with the sole purpose of ripping of clients to come to Ireland. I would imagine most of these escorts will work as a group in one apartment, which would make that location a brothel and therefore illegal.

So how about when a client visits one of these escorts they just make a anonymous phone call to the local garda station with the location. After that they will most lightly get shutdown.

That way no one else gets ripped off and genuine independent escorts get more business

Independent means no agency no one else involved in organising our working hours or who we see, we make our own decisions and hours.
Also means all the hassle of making and updating our own ads and answering our own phones.
Can be expensive when calls are missed but without a text to say I can call when free to talk I do not text or call so being independent has advantages and disadvantages.
