U right. Few times when i open the subject 'the new law' with some of my clients they said they thought is already in place the law so they thought they do something illegal visiting me already so not everybody is so scared , infact exactly this the media and the government want :to scare you talking so much about this 'new law'. In another hand i know from life experience when u worry so much about a bad thing to happen , will happen for sure.
