when theres positivity you'll get negativity and when theres negativity you'll get positivity, its a vicious circle really lad but i always look at the glass as half empty rather than half full so whos round is it....

As i was told before tom try and keep away from negative people they will only bring you down and i have found that out the hard way now i stay away from them

Tom it is but you just stay away from them ignore them i use to have a friend call to me and she was always on about this and that and i tried to help her but she would not lisen and it started to bring stress on so i had to ignore her calls and texts she was bringing me down big time now i dont hear from her after all the help i gave her and to be honest i am glad let her go and bring someone else down so what i do now is just ignore every thing that i think is going to be negative i wont let people with negative thoughts bring me down or bring stress on to me they are not worth it
