But since I'm no longer in Ireland, I really have been missing having lamb; I used to make a really good lamb stew,and a friend of mine make great lamb ribs and chops along with polenta!
I'm also missing the great cuts of pork loin, as Ireland has some of the best! I have yet to find an equivalent in my new location...
