Yes I do, however, it would make the gardai certain that they had the right bloke, and that he would have difficulty saying that I was visiting the person for some other purpose than sex

Most likely the guards will nap you as soon as you leave the apartment so you're not even going to get a chance to write a review, don't think anyone would be stupid enough to take out their phone and write a review while there in the back of a cop car, besides it would probably be quite hard to type in cuffs

The best defence lawyer in all of Ireland would be hired and he would set about picking a jury consisting mostly of men, and all of a randy disposition who look like they would happily fork out for a passionate encounter with an escort.

We would then pick apart the prosecutions case based on the testimony of our key witness, Erin Brockovich, who looks like Julia Roberts, who of course played an escort in Pretty Woman, and who herself has won many legal battles.

    Case closed your honour.......
Why not a jury consisting of escorts..There are a load of narrow minded men,who would love to tell the missus, that the verdict was unanimous
The missus would be suspicious of a majority verdic.

Yeah, cause you're the great criminal mastermind they've been looking for all these years.

Seriously, do you know how difficult it is for them to obtain these records?

They will arrest and prosecute based on stakeouts and stings. And stakeouts will be a difficult one to prove in court unless the lady leaves the blinds open...

I see the problem, when a neighbour makes a complaint, and the police have to investigate said complaint. The first thing the police will do is seize your mobal phone to use in evedence against you. Then it is down the slippery slope.
Also it will be several months after the introduction, before the court cases start appearing in the papers. It will sell papers, destroying people with reutations.Police wont say there are a load of prosecutions in the pipeline.
Turn off the red lights crowd will make loads of complaints to the police, and will see that they are followed up.

Exactly, I think they will force you to pay a fine!! Especially if your married you will want no hassle, pay the fine and go on your merry way, revenue exercise
First they have to find out who you are and then get a court order( which takes time) to get access to your phone and pc, by which time you will have everything destroyed, then where is their case???
