Please correct me if I am wrong it is important to be able to hold a two minute conversation with a potential lady companion before making up your mind about her right?

I don't understand why guys would hope to make a first time appointment via text or get antsy when asked for a reference/referral. You have our referencees from EI who require us to provide an ID verification and photo verification so why the surprise or anger when asked about this?

2. that she is the lady pictured in her profile
3. that she has a reasonable standard of English. Enough to communicate well.
4. that she seems happy in her work an cheerful on the phone
5. that her accommodation is reasonable allowing a shower
6. that her price an favourites are as advertised depending on good hygiene from me.
I have never been asked for references but my phone manner is far better than my spelling wud suggest 

Agree. I hate when you call and the tv is on in the background and she seems distracted and says 'ya baby' like 15 times in the two minute call.
I often know by their first 5 words as to whether or not I am interested.
Girls that have criteria turn me on tbh. It's gratifying and sexy when you get 'accepted', my opinion anyway.

I think it's fantastic that girls are asking for references. Their safety is paramount.
