i have a problem with confidence two
maybe try some thing other than the pub to meet the ladys

doing a part time college course ,doing boxing , doing a language course nothing ,done congnitive behaviour thing aswell I know it takes awhile to work if ever but my depression seems to be getting worse like i'm losing interest in exercising which has never happened before and its taking me longer to get out of bed I just stare at the ceiling

give CPT a chance and if that does'nt work try some thing else
may be talk therapy
talk to your GP
