Not if they are advertising on an Escort site, as you have no way of proving that sexual services did not take place. It's about intent etc.

Also I would like to say that when people are saying next year. This does not come into place on Jan 1st 2015. It will likely not be until the Summer of 2015. They still have to make amendments and go through the next 5 stages before it will start.

Just to avoid any confusion, the clause 6 is just coincidence, the legislation is different in all country's but all pushed the Swedish model.
Scotland was a private members bill seeking just to outlaw the purchase of sex.
N I Human trafficking and exploitation bill had a clause 6 dealing with prostitution and criminalising the client.
England had a modern slavery bill and two amendments were hastily added regarding prostitution, clause 6 and clause 22,
Clause 6 criminalising clients.
