This video says it all really, concerned citizen warns police of someone in a poor situation...someone in need of 'rescuing' but do they? Sex buyers are concerned citizens too, probably tipped them off anonymously.
The police in this video efectively waited outside for a woman who they had reason to believe was trafficked to be persistently raped in the interest of collecting easy fines off so called punters! This is the reality of such a law is policed, the Government becomes the biggest pimp of all, punters pick up nominal fines (even those who know they are dealing with a trafficked/coerced woman!) and sex workers suffer beyond measure!
No punter will die directly because of this law (it may be a contributory factor in suicides!), but it is quite likely, a sex worker will!
Where will Ruhama/Denise Charlton/Frances Fitzgerald or even Lord Morrow be then?
