I watched that video all the way through. At no point did the Police officers? mention contacting the girl and offering to assist her. If fact at the end of the video, having established that she was indeed selling sex, they were prepared to allow other clients visit her so that they could arrest them when they came out.

They had no interest in helping this girl which was the whole point of the tip off at the top of the video.

Totally agree with Rocker here , no concern for the welfare of the lady and no effort to engage with her or her minder?.
