Used to do triathlon and weights/ gym work but due to Illness and being knocked down by idiot on mobile I can only cycle, doing about 300-350K a week but cant do the intensity that i used to yet, but then again at that time I was doing 20-25 hours a week and having to have 10,000 to 12,000 calories a day, i would settle for 500 k with plenty of hills and if I could run/ do weights again, I can never swim competitively again. Cycling my favourite but running my best and ladies and gents your fitness/general health is so so important if you get serious illness. Whilst in treatment for Cancer doctors could not operate on 47 year old with stomach Cancer due to being unfit and overweight. That man was dead within about 2 months!!! so pls guys keep up the exercise.

On Maya I can indeed confirm your heart rate will v much increase for 2 reason she is stunningly sexy and she will give u a work out of serious intensity

I got a new phone upgrade a few weeks ago.
There is a fitness app, so I decided to use it.
I walked for 2km, ran 5km, and did by normal walking about during the day.
It told me I'm not doing enough.

    How much is enough?
