    Default Irish Accents

I have always wanted to meet a girl with a strong accent.

My favourite would be a wee Northern accent
Next a Cork or Kerry accent.
And then there are the Cavan and Donegal accents
Or are these only used by men nowadays
Or is it all gone as a result of this third level education

Does anyone else feel Like Bollocks ? ?

I don't think third level education had anything to do with a persons accent. If anything it will be their primary school education and family upbringing that will have formed their accent.

I also believe that the abundance of US TV shows being watched has a serious affect on some peoples accent and vocabulary.

Agreed Bollocks, you tend to meet girls from rural Ireland with faux american accents they developed after 6 months when in College in Dublin. Shopping in Abercrombie too much probably
